It may be nice for people driving in from the suburbs. For people who live in Tremont and the Warehouse District, it's not. You can't shut out the noise. If you're trying to work or to sleep, forget it. There's a real zoning conflict…

Pros: Wonderful Ambience...GREAT SHOW! (MOODY BLUES were great!) Cons: PEOPLE SMOKING DURING THE SHOW IN NON-SMOKING areas! NOT enought support from "CREW"
